 FULL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Once Monthly preventative service visits

Service calls during regular business hours (7:00am-3:00pm)

All repairs covered

Overtime callbacks (can be included or billed separately)

*Preliminary Reports, Reinspection Reports and 5 Year Load Tests can be included at an additional cost.

 BASIC MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS 

Once Monthly or Quarterly preventative service visits as agreed upon

All service calls and repairs billed separately

SERVICE AREAS:

Ventura County (Simi Valley to Ventura), Los Angeles County (Malibu to Vernon to Pasadena to Valencia & now Lancaster).

*Either of the contracts can be customized to ensure the particular program chosen meets with the customers full satisfaction.

**Vandalism/acts of God are not covered.
