Maintenance Contracts

We have Two types of contracts to meet our customer requirements:

 Full Maintenance

Once Monthly preventative service visits

Service calls during regular business hours (7:00am-3:00pm)

All repairs covered

Overtime callbacks (can be included or billed separately)

*Preliminary Reports, Reinspection Reports and 5 Year Load Tests can be included at an additional cost.

 Basic Maintenance

Once Monthly or Quarterly preventative service visits as agreed upon

All service calls and repairs billed separately

*Either of the contracts can be customized to ensure the particular program chosen meets with the customers full satisfaction.

**Vandalism/acts of God are not covered.
